Supported by the scale, reach and resources of Adaptalift Group, this is a high-impact opportunity to drive growth across our Truck Rentals business in Melbourne.

Based in Truganina, you will have the autonomy to manage daily operations, support customers, grow the business and expand existing accounts.

About The Role

This role is focused on supporting rental customers through a mix of customer service, operational coordination and generating new rental opportunities.

This is a hands-on role — one day you’ll be in front of customers closing deals, the next you could be behind the wheel delivering a truck or coordinating repairs.

You’ll take ownership of your territory, build strong customer relationships and close deals, while ensuring rental operations run smoothly and equipment is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Daily operations management — truck logistics, preparation of new vehicles and coordinating maintenance
• Overseeing rental operations, including equipment readiness, handovers and returns
• Coordinating logistics and fleet movement across Melbourne
• Driving new business and increasing rental revenue
• Building and managing a strong pipeline and customer portfolio

About You

You’re a results-driven professional who thrives on keeping the business humming and customers happy. You will bring:

• Valid driver’s licence with HC or MC licence required
• Proven Operations and Sales experience, ideally within transport, rental or equipment industries
• Independent time management and prioritisation skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to drive trucks and do light maintenance tasks (ensuring the trucks are perfect for our customers!)
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage your own pipeline, territory and time effectively
