About the Role

An exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of ACY Connect, a regulated provider of multi-asset prime brokerage, institutional liquidity, and end-to-end trading technology solutions.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited to a seasoned institutional sales professional with a strong network across FX/CFD markets.

You will be responsible for driving new business growth globally, leveraging your existing relationships and market expertise. Sydney-based candidates will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand institutional client relationships including brokers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and banks
  • Leverage your existing network to originate and close new business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue global sales opportunities across assigned regions
  • Present ACY Connect’s institutional offering, including liquidity, API trading, and risk management solutions
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and partners
  • Work closely with dealing, liquidity, and compliance teams to onboard and support clients
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory environments
  • Provide regular pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting to senior management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product offering and client experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in Institutional FX/CFD Sales
  • Proven track record in institutional client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Strong existing network of institutional clients ( book of business or deep relationships)
  • Experience dealing with brokers, hedge funds, prop trading firms or banks
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset (hunter mentality)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
  • RG146 qualification (Australia) or equivalent preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
