About The Role
Our Office Services team is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Office Services Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
- Managing reception and front-of-house operations
- Maintaining staff and client kitchen areas to a high standard
- Coordinating incoming orders and deliveries efficiently
- Organising catering for seminars, meetings, and client events
- Preparing and resetting meeting rooms to ensure they are presented to a professional standard
- Assisting with the setup and coordination of seminars and internal events
- Ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Managing the daily distribution and collection of incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating courier bookings and deliveries
- Preparing workstations and access passes for new starters
- Assisting with document archiving and records management
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with building management or service providers as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- 2+ years’ reception/front-of-house experience within a professional services environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent client service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach and strong initiative
- A professional presentation and manner
- Excellent communication skills
