About the Role

· Manage your own portfolio with confidence and care.

· Oversee leasing activities, inspections, lease renewals and rent reviews.

· Handle end-of-lease processes and navigate VCAT proceedings when required.

· Work closely with our management and admin team, who’ve always got your back.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

· Genuinely cares about providing great customer service.

· Has clear, professional communication and negotiation skills.

· Has strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.

· Has a current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Cert IV in Property), national police check, Victorian driver’s license and reliable car.
