Our client is a globally recognised leader in enterprise networking, communications, and cloud solutions, with a presence spanning more than 100 countries. We are looking for a commercially driven Channel Manager to join their Australian team and own the relationships that sit at the heart of how they go to market.
This is a genuine relationship role, not a desk job. You will spend your time with the partners who sell and deliver solutions, helping them win, growing joint pipeline, and making sure the right deals get across the line. The opportunity
- Own and develop a portfolio of channel partners across the reseller and distribution network, including working closely with established partners.
- Drive new business and renewal pipeline through proactive partner engagement, joint account planning, and co-selling activity
- Support partners through the full sales cycle, from pre-sales positioning and quoting through to commercial close
- Act as the primary point of contact for your partner portfolio, resolving issues quickly and ensuring partners feel backed
- Collaborate with the wider sales, marketing, and technical pre-sales teams to equip partners with the tools and knowledge they need to compete and win
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline health, and market activity, providing clear insight to the business
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a channel, partner, or business development role within the technology sector
- A background in or strong familiarity with the reseller and distribution landscape
- Comfortable selling or supporting the sale of hardware-led solutions, including networking, communications, or infrastructure products
- A natural relationship builder, equally at ease with a partner principal as with an end-customer stakeholder
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunity, structure deals, and influence outcomes
- Self-directed and comfortable managing a geographically spread partner base with minimal supervision

About you
- You are currently in a channel, sales, or partnership role at a reseller, distributor, or regional technology provider and are ready for a vendor-side step up
- You understand how resellers think, what motivates their sales teams, and how to make a vendor genuinely easy to do business with
- You are not looking for a role where you sit behind a screen. You want to be in front of partners, at industry events, and visible in the market
- You bring a track record of growing channel revenue, even if early in your career, and you can articulate how you did it
