The Opportunity
CSR is seeking an experienced
Digital Product Manager – Platforms to lead our digital platforms and drive customer demand, engagement and performance across our digital ecosystem.
This is a hands‑on role where you will shape CSR's digital marketing strategy, optimise customer experience and deliver measurable commercial outcomes across websites, platforms and digital channels.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Digital & Operations, you will you will lead the optimisation of CSR's digital platforms and contribute to digital marketing strategy lead a small team of digital professionals and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class outcomes.
You will drive end‑to‑end digital performance across web, social, content, automation and paid channels, ensuring brand websites and the CSR master brand site continue to grow, evolve and deliver ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute CSR's digital marketing - platforms strategy
- Lead a small high‑performing team of digital professionals
- Drive customer demand across web, social, SEO, SEM and paid media
- Manage and optimise digital platforms, tools and customer experiences
- Deliver digital communications, programs and campaigns aligned to CX
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices
- Manage digital agencies to maximise ROI and performance
- Lead marketing automation and CRM integration (incl. Campaign Monitor)
- Drive targeting, segmentation and personalisation for optimal ROI
- Track performance and deliver reporting, insights and analytics
About You
You're a commercially minded digital leader who is technically savvy, insights‑driven and comfortable working hands‑on with digital assets and data.
You Will Bring
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, product or platform management
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore or similar)
- Experience managing agencies and digital delivery
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and content workflows
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
