The Opportunity

CSR are seeking an experienced and proactive

Project Manager to join our Transformation Team for a 12 month contract and lead the delivery of high‑impact, cross‑functional strategic projects. Based in North Ryde with travel to other operational sites, this role is critical in shaping the future state of our business and ensuring complex change initiatives are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.

The Project Manager will work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and the Transformation Office to turn strategy into actionable plans. You'll facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams, manage risks, and keep the organisation aligned and moving at pace toward key strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables and maintain detailed project plans aligned to scope, pace, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate and engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive progress, remove blockers, and resolve issues across all workstreams.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation when required.
  • Adhere to the CSR project governance framework and implement the appropriate governance structure for each project.
  • Track project performance including budget, benefits, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Identify organisational change impacts and develop effective change management plans.
  • Manage project risks by assessing impacts, root causes, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed in line with CSR standards and delivered as part of implementation.
  • Challenge assumptions and approaches constructively to optimise project outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the future state, balancing high‑level perspective with necessary detail.

About You

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering strategic, cross‑functional projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity through diagrams, frameworks, and clear messaging.
  • Proven ability to deliver results through influencing and partnering with business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C‑suite leaders.
