Role Description

Daimler Truck Financial Services has an exciting new Operations Officer role, fixed for 12 months. Based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, and in a critical role within the Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational functions, resolving complex customer queries and contributing to the efficient completion of tasks supporting Settlements, Customer Support, Collections, and Remarketing.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills. You will thrive on talking with customers, providing tailored solutions to their specific needs and providing an outstanding level of service with genuine customer care. Your driven and curious nature combined with your ability to hear the voice of our customer will ensure you are on the path to support across Settlements, Customer Support, Collections, and Remarketing.
