About the role

Our Place Managers oversee a portfolio of renters within a specific geographical patch and are the first point of call for everything relating to their Unison property, including their onboarding, rights and responsibilities, maintenance and inspection practices, and rent obligations.

This is a full-time, ongoing position under SCHADS Level 4 with a salary of approximately $89,000 per annum (plus super and leave loading).

What we're looking for

You’ll be empathetic, resilient and highly skilled in building strong relationships with your renters and responding to challenges when working with vulnerable people and in complex situations.

Knowledge and practice within social housing, residential tenancy or social work sectors will assist you to hit the ground running in this role which will be based at a primary office location but include frequent travel to visit your renters.
