About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Recruiter to support our expanding staffing needs. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role managing end‑to‑end recruitment across both teaching and non‑teaching positions. You’ll report to the Head of HR and partner closely with school leaders to deliver timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse range of roles
• Working with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple platforms
• Coordinating interviews and reference checks
• Maintaining accurate and compliant recruitment documentation

About You

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities
• Education sector experience is a bonus, not a requirement
