- Provide timely ER and IR guidance, including managing grievances, workplace investigations, EA support, and termination processes, escalating where required.
- Support the delivery of people initiatives such as organisational change, talent activities and embedding new ways of working within operations.
- Coach leaders on day‑to‑day people management, team effectiveness and building a positive, high‑performance culture.
- Collaborate with Operations and the broader HR team to deliver annual people processes and consistent ways of working aligned to business needs.
- Build strong working relationships across site and corporate teams to ensure alignment, information sharing and effective outcomes.
- Prepare HR metrics and insights, contributing to broader people programs such as engagement, diversity initiatives and performance cycles.
What You Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Around 4+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role, ideally within an operational, manufacturing or site‑based environment.
- Sound ER/IR capability with confidence handling case management in partnership with people leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships.
- A practical, organised approach and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset.
