The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Migration Agent to join a well-established and respected boutique firm. You will manage your own portfolio of client matters from initial consultation through to visa grant, working alongside our principal agent and support staff in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional migration advice across a diverse range of visa subclasses including family, partner, student, employer-sponsored, and skilled migration applications
Manage client matters end-to-end: initial consultation, strategy, document preparation, lodgement, and post-lodgement follow-up
Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications via ImmiAccount with accuracy and attention to detail
Correspond with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) on behalf of clients, including responding to requests for further information
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration legislation, policy, and DHA processing trends
Provide clients with clear, timely, and empathetic communication throughout their matter
Maintain accurate client files and records using practice management tools
Collaborate with and support the principal agent on complex or sensitive matters
Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm

Required

Current MARA registration (or eligibility to register)
Experience using practice management software
Demonstrated experience preparing and lodging Australian visa applications
Strong working knowledge of the Migration legislation
Proficiency with ImmiAccount and standard office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Prior experience in a migration practice
