Detailed Scheduler

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Detailed Scheduler to join our Supply Chain Planning team at onsite in Broadmeadows.

Reporting to the Head of Detailed Scheduling, you will translate approved master and high-level production plans into detailed, day-to-day manufacturing schedules. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Technical teams to enable reliable plan execution while maintaining GMP compliance. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate scheduling, system integrity and performance visibility to support site execution, continuous improvement and delivery outcomes.

Your Role

• Translate approved master / high-level plans into executable short-term and day-to-day production schedules for assigned manufacturing areas
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical, Logistics and Warehouse teams to support safe and reliable plan execution
• Maintain and update production orders and schedules within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with approved plans and site processes
• Execute schedule changes in response to operational performance, material availability, quality events and site constraints
• Monitor, analyse and report schedule execution KPIs including schedule adherence, plan conformance and rate performance
• Support root cause analysis for schedule misses, batch drops and execution losses, contributing to improvement actions

Your Skills And Experience

• Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, science or a related discipline
• Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) desirable.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
• Experience in detailed production planning or scheduling environments
• Exposure to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotechnology or food preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory management and short-term scheduling principles
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach to work
