About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales professional, who has an interest in working in the growing Aged Care Industry. Your clients will be potential residents, who as the expert, you will be able to showcase the facility and its many wonderful amenities by providing guided tours and information. You will be open and friendly and thrive on customer interaction, be empathetic in working with individual circumstances and needs.
This brand new facility is opening new floors for potential residents and it is the role of the "Client Services Officer", to network with local hospitals, doctor's surgeries and community groups to provide information for potential residents.
Ideally you will have knowledge of the Aged Care Industry, although for the right person, full training in the industry will be provided..
This is a vital role where your winning personality and knowledge will see you successful in new clients taking up residence in this beautiful setting. Your customer service skills will see you walking the journey with them to their new home within Residential Aged Care.
You'll be a team player who
- Enjoys showcasing our home to future residents and their families
- Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
- Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
- Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
- Strong Administration skills
- Good knowledge of finance
