As a Chef de Partie at Hotel Harry, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of your section, support the team, and continue developing your skills.
What We’re Looking For
Strong section ownership
You have solid experience running a section in a busy kitchen. You stay organised, work clean, and can deliver consistent quality even during peak service.
Quality-driven approach
You take pride in the food you put up. You understand the importance of good produce, consistency, and attention to detail across every plate.
Menu execution and input
You’re confident executing menu items to spec and open to contributing ideas where appropriate. You stay engaged with seasonal changes and evolving dishes.
Team support
You work well as part of a tight team, communicate clearly, and support junior chefs where needed. You bring a positive attitude to service and prep.
Calm under pressure
You handle busy services with composure, staying focused and maintaining standards when it counts.
