What you’ll be doing
As a Full-Time Optical Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. you’ll be supporting both the retail and clinical sides of the business while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Helping customers find their perfect frames, tailored to their style, prescription, and lifestyle
- Delivering a seamless and memorable in-store experience from first interaction through to collection
- Supporting pre-testing and assisting the optometrist with patient flow
- Managing bookings, enquiries, and administrative tasks with accuracy and care
- Adjusting, fitting, and troubleshooting eyewear
- Maintaining store presentation and contributing to a positive team environment
- Working collaboratively to meet store goals and performance targets

- Optical experience (preferred, not essential) – If you’re keen to learn, we’re keen to teach
