About Only About Children Hawthorn

Only About Children Hawthorn is a spacious, welcoming campus designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confident learning. With four expansive outdoor areas and five age‑based indoor learning environments, children have the space and support to explore, discover, and lead their own play.

About the Role

As an Educational Leader, you'll inspire high‑quality learning outcomes by:

• Guiding and mentoring educators
• Enhancing curriculum and pedagogy with the leadership team
• Building strong, supportive relationships with families
• Encouraging curiosity, reflection and growth across the team

About You

You'll Bring

• A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
• 1–2 years of leadership experience (Educational Leader or similar)
• A collaborative, team‑focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
