Day Rate: $380 - $480 + Super per day + Bonus

Your new role

This is a hands-on, autonomous role with full ownership of B2B marketing. Reporting directly into the Sales Leader, you will work closely with the sales team and be the go-to marketing support person locally. with This role will give strong scope to shape and own campaigns, partner enablement, and marketing initiatives for upcoming product launches, supporting the growth of an enterprise hardware portfolio.

  • Own end‑to‑end channel marketing activity, working closely with distributors and resellers.
  • Plan and execute channel marketing initiatives aligned to sales priorities and pipeline targets.
  • Coordinate partner‑led demand generation campaigns across email, events, webinars, and promotions
  • Manage market development funds, including allocation, tracking, compliance, and ROI reporting
  • Develop and localise partner marketing assets, including brochures, campaign materials, and sales enablement tools
  • Support partner enablement through training sessions, briefings, and launch activity
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for distributor and reseller partners in Australia
  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead outcomes, and partner engagement
  • Continuously improve channel execution where current activity is limited or underdeveloped

    What you'll need to succeed

    • You bring around 3-6 years’ experience in B2B channel, partner, or distributor marketing, ideally within enterprise technology or hardware.
    • Comfort working in small teams is essential, as there is no established local marketing function.
    • Strong experience coordinating co‑marketing campaigns, and working closely with sales teams is expected.
    • You are confident dealing with distributors and resellers, organised across multiple initiatives, and comfortable operating in an automomous role.
    • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a collaborative, team-first mindset.
