Site Manager
Forefront Recruitment
RDOs and very little weekend work. You've heard it before, but this time it's written into your contract and actually delivered.
This role suits a Site Manager who enjoys running their own projects without unnecessary noise. Someone who takes pride in delivering quality builds, keeps a tight timeline and knows how to get the best out of subcontractors without burning themselves out in the process. The balance here is real, giving you time to switch off and come back sharper.
The initial project is an education build in Melbourne's West, valued up to $10m. Well-structured with clear scope and realistic timelines, it's the kind of job you can get on top of early and run properly through to completion. Beyond this, there's a steady pipeline of similar work across the business.
The company itself is well-established with a consistent pipeline of work. There's a strong focus on keeping people long-term, which shows in the tenure across both site and office teams. You'll feel part of the broader business, not just your site, with clear communication and support from Directors and PMs who stay involved without micromanaging.
Systems and processes are up to date, with technology in place to support safety, inductions and site admin, so you can focus on running the job properly rather than chasing paperwork.
To be considered, you'll have proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial projects of a similar size and type. Education experience will be well-regarded.
The salary is up to a $200k package, depending on your experience.
