As we scale, we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can be the backbone of our customer experience and support operations.

The Role

This is not your typical customer service job.

We’re not looking for someone to “answer phones.” We’re looking for someone who can own the customer experience, solve problems, and keep our projects moving.

You’ll work closely with our operations and technical teams to support live projects, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries (phone, email, support tickets)
  • Provide first-level technical support for battery systems
  • Coordinate service requests with installers and technicians
  • Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
  • Support onboarding of new customers and partners
  • Maintain CRM and support documentation
  • Deliver a premium, responsive customer experience at all times

What We’re Looking ForMust-have

  • Experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Highly regarded

  • Experience in solar, batteries, electrical, or energy sector
  • Technical aptitude (you don’t need to be an electrician, but you need to “get it”)
  • Experience working with installers or trade-based businesses
  • CRM / ticketing system experience
