Duration: 6-month Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Mitcham
Rates: upto $970 incl super
Accountabilities
- Geospatial & Data Literacy: Ability to understand GIS concepts (spatial data models, layers, topology, coordinate systems) and translate them into business requirements.
- Data Migration & Transformation Experience: Hands-on experience supporting large-scale data migrations—data mapping, lineage, validation rules, and reconciliation.
- Integration: Strong understanding of how systems connect (APIs, data flows, upstream/downstream impacts)
- Process Thinking: Ability to map Business process and identify where business processes can be improved by GIS.
- Stakeholder Management and Change Awareness: Ability to navigate multiple business units, manage conflicting priorities, and drive alignment.
- Proactive & Outcome-Driven Mindset: Demonstrates initiative by identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies early, and taking ownership to drive resolution.
- Mapping out future business process and eliciting those during workshops with business and vendor
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in GIS Platforms Transformation and Data Migration projects
- Experience in Business process mapping and identifying gaps, risks
- Someone who is self-driven + outcome focussed and can hits the ground running
