About the Role

We're looking for someone with a solid background in retail or community pharmacy — someone who genuinely knows how a pharmacy runs from the inside, not just the clinical side but the compliance, documentation, and day-to-day service delivery side of things.

This role takes that real-world pharmacy knowledge and applies it differently — helping clients design and structure their pharmacy and medication services. Think dispensing workflows, SOPs, compliance frameworks, PBS structures, and quality standards.

It's less about day-to-day dispensing and more about how pharmacy services should be structured, documented, and delivered compliantly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Apply your pharmacy knowledge to support clients through the design and delivery of medication services
• Develop SOPs, compliance documentation, and service frameworks
• Translate on-the-ground pharmacy experience into practical, scalable workflows
• Support clients on PBS structures, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Ensure all client deliverables meet regulatory and quality benchmarks
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation across all client engagements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and tools

What We're Looking For

• Solid background in retail or community pharmacy operations
• Genuine hands-on experience with QCPP accreditation — not just working somewhere that had it, but personally contributing to it
• Strong working knowledge of PBS workflows and claiming processes
• Experience with scheduled substances and controlled drug compliance
• Comfortable developing and maintaining SOPs and compliance documentation
• High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline

You Bring

• A deep understanding of how a retail pharmacy actually operates day to day
• QCPP standards and accreditation processes
• PBS vs retail margin structures
• Scheduled substances and compliance requirements
• Dispensing workflows, cold chain, and storage standards
• The ability to translate pharmacy knowledge into structured, scalable frameworks
• Clear and professional communication — able to explain complex requirements to non-pharmacy clients
