Senior HVAC Estimator

Our client is a leading M&E Contractor that have been at the forefront of major projects over the last 20+ years. They have a reputation for excellence within the industry and have delivered countless landmark projects across the Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Technology sectors

They are now seeking a Senior Mechanical HVAC Estimator to join their Estimating team and play a pivotal role in tendering mechanical packages across various sectors.

As a Senior Mechanical HVAC Estimator, you will be:

• Producing comprehensive mechanical cost estimates for major Tier 1 projects
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotations
• Assisting with tender submissions, pricing strategy development, and risk evaluation
• Liaising with various stakeholders including clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Compiling precise BOQs and detailed cost plans
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to candidates who are currently working for Tier or 2 Mechanical contractors in roles such as Mechanical Estimator, Senior Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Estimating Manager. If you have previously tendered and won projects from $500K to $20M and want to be part of a thriving M&E Contractor please reach out. For this role the offered renumeration package is circa $150-170K plus super, car allowance and package.
