Your Opportunity

Ready to turn data into decisions and demand into action? Join a fast-paced retail environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.

As a Merchandise Planning & Demand Analyst Turn demand into order quantities and inventory actions. Size new ranges, set simple replenishment rules, and run a weekly trading rhythm to keep stock available and reduce risk. Reporting and analysis (which is manual today) but, with your recommendations and insight be the voice of improvement with a clear focus on simplifying and automating over time.

• Build demand forecasts and inventory plans using historical data and trading insights
• Size new ranges, including initial buys and replenishment strategies
• Manage order quantities and oversee purchasing through to delivery
• Set and manage replenishment rules (weeks of cover, reorder points, MOQs, lead times)
• Run weekly trading reviews, identifying actions to drive performance (rebuys, markdowns, reallocations)
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting across demand, supply, and inventory
• Maintain accurate planning data to support effective decision-making
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and planning processes
• Partner closely with Product, Logistics, and Suppliers to ensure smooth execution

We Are Looking For The Below Skillset And Experience

• 2–5+ years’ experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, replenishment, or inventory management
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, with confidence working across large or manual datasets (advanced desirable)
• Strong commercial acumen with sharp numerical and analytical capability
• High attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator, comfortable partnering with Product, Logistics, Stores, and Suppliers
