Academic Tutor

We are currently seeking part-time academic tutors to support international undergraduate and postgraduate students across a wide range of disciplines. This is a long-term, flexible opportunity with stable student demand and competitive monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities

1) Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for international undergraduate and postgraduate students

Subjects include (but are not limited to): IT & Databases, Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning), Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Data Structures & Algorithms, Web Development & Cybersecurity, Finance, Economics, Accounting & Business, Microelectronics, Environmental Science, Statistics & Actuarial Studies, Medicine & Biology, Architecture & Design, Advanced Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics

2) Assist students with: Assignments, projects, and quizzes preparation, exam preparation and revision, identifying key concepts and challenging topics, provide academic support including:

a. Answering subject-related questions

b. Giving constructive feedback on assignments

c. Monitoring student progress and feedback to continuously improve teaching quality

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1. An overall academic WAM of 75 or above (HD in relevant subjects highly regarded)

2. Previous tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not essential)

3. Strong English/Mandarin communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

4. A solid understanding of course structures, learning outcomes, and key subject content
